Learn more about the Stepping Stones programme and how to support vulnerable pupils in their transition to secondary school.
Stepping Stones was run by Gladesmore Community School and Gangs Unite over the last academic year. They worked with Urswick School, Heathcote School and Science College and their feeder primaries to explore the best ways of supporting these learners, with a strong emphasis on peer mentoring.
Join us at City Hall to hear from those who took part, as well as exploring key findings from the programme's external evaluation. We'll also be launching our Stepping Stones toolkit - available to all London schools to support successful transition to secondary school.
